Deliveries & returns
PLEASE NOTE: Our next scheduled deliveries will be dispatched on Saturday 17th November 2018 and will take 2-3 working days to arrive with you.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse we will send you an Email confirmation.
You can choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, simply add an alternative delivery address at the checkout.
We are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses.
Return & Refund Policy
If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to let us know, we are here to help.
You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it. The bottle must be unopened and in the same condition you received it. Please also include the receipt.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non refundable. However, if you receive a refund because of a product defect, we will also happily reimburse you the return shipping cost at the standard rate.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will then initiate a refund to your payment card.
You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
